1. ఇది ఎవరి గురించి?

Qu అనేది Qubolt Labs తయారు చేసిన AI ఫోన్ అసిస్టెంట్. ఇది మనిషి కాదు — కంప్యూటర్ ప్రోగ్రామ్. మీ తరపున ఫోన్ చేస్తుంది, మీకు గుర్తు చేస్తుంది, మీ పనులు చూసుకుంటుంది.

ఈ పేజీలో మేము మీ గురించి ఏ సమాచారం తీసుకుంటామో, ఎందుకు తీసుకుంటామో, ఎంతకాలం ఉంచుతామో, మీ హక్కులు ఏమిటో సులభంగా చెప్పాం. ఏదైనా అర్థం కాకపోతే కింద ఉన్న గ్రీవెన్స్ ఆఫీసర్‌కు ఫోన్ చేయండి.

2. మేము ఏ సమాచారం తీసుకుంటాం?

• మీ పేరు మరియు ఫోన్ నంబర్
• Qu తో జరిగిన కాల్ రికార్డింగ్‌లు మరియు వాటి ట్రాన్స్‌క్రిప్ట్‌లు (మాటలను అక్షరాల్లో రాసినది)
• మీరు అసిస్టెంట్‌కు చెప్పిన విషయాలు, పనులు, మనుషుల పేర్లు — ఉదా: “రేపు రాముకి ఫోన్ చేయి”, “శనివారం రవి పేమెంట్ ఇస్తాడు”
• మీరు ఎవరికి ఫోన్ చేయమని చెప్పారో వాళ్ల ఫోన్ నంబర్లు

మేము మీ బ్యాంక్ వివరాలు, పాస్‌వర్డ్‌లు, OTPలు అడగము. ఎవరైనా Qu పేరుతో అడిగితే ఇవ్వకండి.

3. ఎందుకు తీసుకుంటాం?

ఒకే కారణం: మీ వ్యక్తిగత అసిస్టెంట్‌గా పని చేయడానికి. అంటే —

• మీకు గుర్తు చేయడం (రిమైండర్లు)
• మీరు చెప్పిన సమయానికి మీకు మళ్లీ ఫోన్ చేయడం (కాల్‌బ్యాక్)
• మీ తరపున వేరే వాళ్లకు ఫోన్ చేయడం — ఉదా: ఆర్డర్ ఎప్పుడు వస్తుందో అడగడం, మీటింగ్ గుర్తు చేయడం
• రోజూ ఉదయం బ్రీఫింగ్ — ఆ రోజు పనులు, కాల్‌లు, ముఖ్య విషయాలు

మీ సమాచారాన్ని ప్రకటనల కోసం వాడము, ఎవరికీ అమ్మము.

4. కాల్‌లు రికార్డ్ అవుతాయి. అసిస్టెంట్ AI.

Qu పని చేయడానికి మేము కొన్ని టెక్నాలజీ కంపెనీల సేవలు వాడుతాం. వాళ్లు మా తరపున మాత్రమే పని చేస్తారు:

7. మీ హక్కులు

• చూడటం, సరిదిద్దటం, తొలగించటం: డ్యాష్‌బోర్డ్‌లో (Knowledge, People పేజీలు) Qu గుర్తు పెట్టుకున్న విషయాలు, మనుషులను మీరే చూడవచ్చు, మార్చవచ్చు, తీసేయవచ్చు.
• ఖాతా తొలగింపు: మీ ఖాతా, డేటా పూర్తిగా తొలగించమని గ్రీవెన్స్ ఆఫీసర్‌కు అడగవచ్చు.
• సమ్మతి వెనక్కి తీసుకోవడం: అసిస్టెంట్‌కు “ఇక నాకు ఫోన్ చేయకు” అని చెప్పండి — అది ఆగిపోతుంది. లేదా కింద ఉన్న గ్రీవెన్స్ ఆఫీసర్‌కు రాయండి.
• ఫిర్యాదు: ఏదైనా తప్పు జరిగితే గ్రీవెన్స్ ఆఫీసర్‌కు చెప్పండి. 7 రోజుల్లో జవాబు ఇస్తాం.

8. మీ తరపున మేము ఫోన్ చేసే వాళ్ల గురించి

Qu మీ తరపున ఎవరికైనా ఫోన్ చేస్తే, వారికి మొదట్లోనే “నేను AI అసిస్టెంట్, ఈ కాల్ రికార్డ్ అవుతుంది” అని చెబుతుంది. వాళ్లు “నాకు ఫోన్ చేయకు” / “stop calling me” అంటే Qu మళ్లీ వాళ్లకు ఫోన్ చేయదు. వాళ్ల పేరు, నంబర్ మీ అసిస్టెంట్ పని కోసమే వాడతాం, వేరే వాటికి కాదు.

ఇప్పుడు మేము Information Technology Act, 2000 — సెక్షన్ 43A మరియు SPDI Rules, 2011 (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules) ప్రకారం నడుచుకుంటాం. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 అమల్లోకి వచ్చినప్పుడు (13 మే 2027) ఆ చట్టం ప్రకారం కూడా నడుచుకుంటాం. ఈ నోటీసు మారితే డ్యాష్‌బోర్డ్‌లో చెబుతాం.

1. Who this is about

Qu is an AI phone assistant made by Qubolt Labs. It is not a person; it is a computer program. It makes calls on your behalf, reminds you of things and keeps track of your tasks.

This notice explains, in plain language, what information we collect about you, why, how long we keep it, and your rights. If anything is unclear, contact the grievance officer listed below.

2. What we collect

• Your name and phone number.
• Recordings of your calls with Qu and their transcripts (the spoken words written down).
• The facts, tasks and people you tell the assistant about — for example “call Ramu tomorrow”, “Ravi pays on Saturday”.
• The phone numbers of people you ask Qu to call on your behalf.

We never ask for bank details, passwords or OTPs. If anyone asks for these in Qu’s name, do not share them.

3. Why we collect it

For one purpose only: to act as your personal assistant. That means:

• Reminders for the things you ask to be reminded about.
• Callbacks — calling you back at the time you asked.
• Calling people on your behalf — for example to ask when an order will arrive, or to remind someone about a meeting.
• A morning briefing — your tasks, calls and important items for the day.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

To make Qu work we use a small number of technology providers. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide the service:

7. Your rights

• See, correct and delete: the Knowledge and People pages of the dashboard show everything Qu remembers. You can edit or remove any fact or person yourself, at any time.
• Account deletion: ask the grievance officer to delete your account and all data associated with it.
• Withdraw consent: tell the assistant “stop calling me” and it stops; or write to the grievance officer below.
• Complain: if something has gone wrong, tell the grievance officer. We reply within 7 days.

8. People we call on your behalf

When Qu calls someone for you, it tells them at the start that it is an AI assistant and the call is recorded. If they say “stop calling me” (in Telugu or English), Qu will not call them again. Their name and number are used only to carry out the task you asked for.

We currently operate under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”). When the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 commences on 13 May 2027, we will also comply with that Act, and this notice will be updated accordingly. Changes to this notice are announced in the dashboard.
